Old school athlete, Olga has taken World title in Teams and women’s individual.
Olga was most known for her amazing strength, passion and charismatic performances.
She is one of the most fears sports aerobic athletes in all time.
Helena Cardoso (Brazil)
Sister of Olga
Mix pair and Teams World Champion, Hip-hop Champion, coach, choreographer and instructor.
Helena Cardoso is one of the leading ladies for sports aerobics today. She is the World Champion Mixed Pairs in 1994 and is making her long awaited comeback with a 6th place at the worlds after a 5-year break. Coming from a family of champions she has motivated many to join her quest for perfection in a sport of share grace and power called SPORTS AEROBIC.
Helena has coached numerous champions internationally and has inspired more people that we could name.
Besides being a great athlete she is also a wonderful presenter. Her specialties are Street JAZZ and Brazilian moves. Being a young Brazilian woman she has movements growing inside of her like the great culture Brazil has in dance.
You will find that this tiny yet greatly respected athlete/presenter will inspire you to seek perfection within yourselves like she has with so many before.
Joan Wenson (USA)
“Wenson Push-up”

Joan Wenson is the consummate athlete and educator, who epitomize the title of "Champion."
A National and World Sport aerobics Gold Medalist, racing cyclist, former classical ballerina, renowned choreographer, international presenter and Co-Founder of Peloton Fitness, Inc., Joan strives to bring each sport she undertakes to a new level of excellence. Trading her point shoes for a pair of aerobic shoes, she emerged to capture the National and World Sport aerobics Championship titles in 1990 and 1991, respectively. Her indelible mark is stamped on the sport as the first athlete to have "signature moves" named after her. The "Wenson Push-Up" and the "Wenson Straddle Push-Up" are dramatic moves that have become fundamental for the elitist in the sport.
Sue Stanley (Australia)

Sue Stanley began stealing Gold Medals on the International Stage, early in 1993. Sue's successive wins of the World Cup Aerobic Championship in Japan made her the only woman in the history of the sport to ever successfully defend a World Title. Sue's amazing sporting achievements soared to an unparalleled level with her win in the 1994 World Aerobic Championships in Las Vegas. Her dream of becoming the only Aerobic Athlete to win three World Championships became a reality. So dominant was Sue Stanley in the sport of Competitive Aerobics that she was undefeated both at a National and International level for 4 years. Amassing an amazing 35 consecutive wins, for 3 World Championship titles, numerous International titles and 9 Australian and National Championships.
Without doubt, Sue Stanley is the queen of her sport.
But Sue is not just an Aerobic star. Sue Stanley is one of those unique individuals who have been able to represent her country at the highest level, in four different sports. As a child Sue began her sporting career at the Australian Institute of Sport in the Australian Gymnastic Team, the versatile Sue then turned her eye to the sport of Water-skiing and was able to represent Australia at the 1988 Seoul Olympic Games. Then in November 2000, competing for the first time in the, Olympia World Championship - Sue Stanley after a five-year retirement from all International competition, stunned the sporting world by winning Gold and achieving the title of Ms. Fitness World Champion 2000.
As an author, Sue released her first book titled, 'Sue Stanley: Your Personal Trainer', is currently the Editor of, Woman's Fitness Australia, one of the countries largest selling fitness magazines and a regular column in the Herald Sun.
Greice Kerche (Brazil)
“Crace” Her electrical routine chock the World with her capoeira style.
She had the cleanest lines ever seeing in sports aerobic.
A National and World Sport aerobics World Gold Medalist, Ms Fitness World top ten athlete, former classical ballerina, choreographer, international presenter and Founder of Kerche Fitness.
Arlene Thomas (New Zealand)
Arlene has been involved in the fitness industry for many years and has been involved in Group Training since 1991. Arlene is best known for her achievements in competitive aerobics, winning 11 New Zealand titles, two Grand Prix titles and the 1997 World Championship. Arlene is without a doubt New Zealand's most successful female aerobic competitor who is passing on her knowledge as a coach and choreographer for other competitors. Outside of Bodyworks, Arlene is a lecturer at Weltec Polytechnic and Massey University.
Patsy Tierney (Australia)
Patsy Tierney is a 2 time World Aerobic Champion, 7 Times Australian Aerobic Champion, former Ms Fitness Australasia and Australian Team Coach. Undefeated for five years, she won a string of International Titles, including the 1998 World Cup in Tokyo and the Professional World Championships in Sao Paula, Brazil. Before becoming World Number 1, Patsy claimed for Australia amazing five silver medals at World Titles, missing gold by only half a point on two occasions. Although this would be enough to force most athletes to give up, Patsy instead learnt to use this disappointment to fuel her motivation and training. Her perseverance was rewarded in 1998 when she won Gold at the coveted Suzuki World Cup in Tokyo.
Yuriko Ito (Japan)
Yuriko Ito has the agility and power of a gymnast and the guts of a marathon runner, and she’s a professional in one of the most popular sports in the world. Yet despite all these qualities, Ito remains a relative unknown. She won’t be going to the Athens Olympics and won’t pick up any million-dollar commercials as a result of her success.
1999 she became the first competitor ever to win the triple crown of international aerobics: the Suzuki World Cup, the FIG Sports Aerobics World Championship, and the World Aerobics Championship. Last year, the 35-year-old failed to dislodge reigning champion Marcela Lopez of Brazil, but she still managed to finish second. Ito also won the domestic version of the cup (her tenth national title).
Tuuli Matinsalo (Finland)
Tuuli was unstoppable from mid 1990 to 2000 when Tuuli took 2 times World Aerobic, 2 times European Champion and multiple times Finland Aerobic Champion. Tuuli was most remembered for her Rock´n roll routines.
As creator of Tuuli.net Tuuli is committed to making more sports aerobic talents to follow her legacy.
Tuuli has professionally trained Hundreds of athletes throughout Finland.
One of many achievements Tuuli was chosen the sportswoman of the Year in Finland. Tuuli also gives lectures and demonstrations in Aerobics all over the country and gives lectures about good health and sports for children in schools.
